dc.descriptionThe specific function that the humanities could have of the university should be what I call riskful thinking. Now what do I mean by riskful thinking? I mean in the first case, very much inspired by Wilhelm von Humboldt, that riskful thinking is the thinking that produces questions instead of answers. Riskful thinking is a thinking that makes the world look more complicated and less solution-oriented. Riskful thinking is a thinking that produces alternative world views instead of catering to existing world views. dc.descriptionLa función específica que las humanidades podrían tener en la universidad sería lo que llamo pensamiento de riesgo. ¿Qué quiero decir con pensamiento de riesgo? Quiero decir en primer lugar, y muy inspirado por Wilhelm von Humboldt, que el pensamiento de riesgo es el pensamiento que produce preguntas en lugar de respuestas. El pensamiento de riesgo es un pensamiento que hace que el mundo se vea más complejo y menos orientado a soluciones. El pensamiento de riesgo es un pensamiento que produce visiones del mundo alternativas en lugar de alimentar las visiones del mundo ya existentes. En lugar de reducirla, el pensamiento de riesgo tiende a incrementar la complejidad del mundo creando problemas nuevos.es-ES
